Sermon 39: The Golden Calf: Honoring God's Authority

In Exodus 32, we see Israel failing to uphold the authority of Moses as God’s prophet, and failing to adhere to the authority of God by egregiously committing the sin of adultery in plain view of God at Mount Sinai.
God wants us to honor Him as the authority of His Creation by recognizing two areas in which we, unlike the Israelites in Exodus 32, must respond to authority.
