Sermon 21: The Danger of a Selective Reading of the Law: Matthew 5:17-20

The following portion of Christ’s sermon establishes a transition from His emphasis on the character of true disciples, to His emphasis on a correct understanding of how to interpret and apply the law. By doing this, He will provide Divine commentary that contrasts and confronts the most common forms of false teaching in His day. God wants us to understand the proper use of the Law.
